The position is within the HOMES Security Systems business working on New Product Introduction (NPI), and ISC Strategic Sourcing initiatives. Position Purpose

Reporting to the SBG NPI Commercial Leverage Gold Enterprise NPI Leader, this role is responsible to lead NPI Projects based on Strategic Sourcing Initiatives for Security Platforms in America efforts. The role will work closely with the Engineering Design Teams Globally, with DM Comoodity Management, Prduct Management and ODM/EMS Teams, as well as SBU business leadership in the areas of NPI and Productivity acceleration.

20 Drive NPI projects to successful completion on time and cost targets

20 Ensure Process excellence in the Sourcing Program Management of NPI

20 Lead cross functional teams to successful achievement of NPI goals

20 Partner with Engineering teams to develop successful BAE plans and deployment (CE/VE)

20 Partner with Design Eng. CM and Product M. to ensure sourcing metrics and deployment

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain or Technology / Engineering degree
  • Bilingual 95%
  • Significant experience NPI Project Management
  • Significant in Strategic Sourcing/Supply Chain areas
  • Travel up to 30%
