The Technical (TIM) Leader is responsible for interacting with all customers to understand their technical needs; executing specific & general assignments that establish the feasibility of innovative, functional product concept designs; and Executing specific & general assignments that provide innovative, functional, cost effective & validated product designs. This also includes working with external partners to leverage outside capability for new product creation. The job requires high quality and timely work and continuous improvement. The main focus will be on developing new products related TIM. Achieve timely research & development, and production transfer of new products to high volume global manufacturing. Leads team of PCM Engineer and PCM Technician in new product development, new technology set up, product qualifications, and continuous process improvements. Also lead development projects related new products and new technology for TIM.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's Degree
