Support, train, mentor and coach all employees, engineers, and leaders on Honeywell Operating System principles, processes, and tools as defined in the Standard Implementation Framework. You will provide HOS tools and processes to the (SBG) leaders. You will engage with the business to ensure continued execution and sustainability of the Honeywell Operating System. You will work across functions to progress the organization through differing gate reviews and ensure alignment with business objectives and goals. You will work with multiple support functions/department to elaborate the Annual Operations Plan, based on statistical tools such as, logistics, simple and multiple regression models, provide active support to site and 3rdparties managers to forecast repair Volume based on significant factors, quantitative and qualitative factors. You will also own the North America End to End (NA E2E) Value Stream Map and the Productivity Deck to drive Cost Reduction while optimizing working capital (Inventory) to meet /exceed AOP goals.
Work across all functions and levels of the organization to influence organizational and global change
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement change in the organization through use of Six Sigma and Lean principles
Interact globally with other organizations within Honeywell to meet customer needs and drive business goals
