We are seeking an Integrated Supply Chain Director for the Retail Operations. This role is responsible to set the strategy, maintain, develop, execute strategies and processes for Honeywell globally.

•Lead the Retail factory footprint (RI and co-ownership of Chuzhou).
•Lead the Sourcing Strategy and execution; supplier selection, supplier development, monthly-weekly execution to plan, responsible for Inventory and payables for working capital and the strategy and execution of the Retail supply chain
•Identify and drive Performance opportunities across the organization through ongoing tracking and other reporting:
o On-time delivery
o Cost savings
•Oversee & support source selections (regional and SBU-specific), supplier performance management.
•Support SBGs in AOP and STRAP development for Sourcing Services
•Identify key areas of improvement to drive continuous progression in all business metrics. This includes the review of the supply chain structure and the deployment of key Honeywell initiatives like HOS, SIOP, FT, OEF, HUE and other if required
•Evolve the manufacturing organization understanding what are the key skills and capabilities to be developed and continuously update the sites MRRs.

15 Support business groups in AOP and STRAP development for sourcing services
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
•5+ years progressive experience in Supplier/Logistics Management /Sourcing /Supply Chain
•A strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and the ability to drive results in a highly matrix organizational environment
•A demonstrated ability to positively influence others and an ability to develop good relationships with business and functional leadership team members
•Strong communication skills and ability to promote and develop trust with all levels of employees
•Decisive and assertive with the ability to be provide flexible, creative solutions in a complex environment
•High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity
•Broad knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles, Black Belt certification and/or Lean expert desirable
•Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and changing priorities
