Supervise a Field Service Engineering team for the HBS organization. You will apply your leadership skills to improve team performance. You will ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth. You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities. You will drive and improve metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics, targets and budgets. You will lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities. You will define team expectations and communicate those to stakeholder. You will act as mentor to train and develop future managers. Our Field Service Supervisor role is one that manages a very large number of customer sites, with 10-12 team members to oversee and direct. Your ability to deal with each customer in a professional manner and communicate consistently and clearly is a must. Taking ownership of the responsibility for these customer relationships is our highest priority. The leadership our Field Service Supervisor provides to our teams in the field requires that you have a strong work ethic, a dedication to providing the best possible service to our customers, and that you always manage the teams with their performance in mind. We will look for your experience with system integration, networking and software interfaces, excellent organizational skills as well as written and oral communication skills, and time management skills. Successful candidates will be independent and self-motivated, have a desire to learn and improve their own skills, and a customer service oriented attitude

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2 year technical/business degree OR HS Diploma or GED with 5 or more years leadership experience
  • 5 or more years of experience working with HVAC, fire alarm and/or security systems
  • 3 or more years of experience managing small teams (2/3 reports) in the HVAC, fire and security market places
  • Valid Driver license
