Define service level for all Workplace collaboration activities, leveraging MS O365 capabilities

The WP PM will be managing implementation of new services and fully manage existing platforms to agreed business service levels

Responsible for IT workplace collaboration solution , and ensuring our 7500 users benefit from a robust IT workplace.

Collaboration Solution end user computing Solution Design and implementation responsibilities with the Third party partners.

Skills and experience required for the WP Collaboration PM

· Experience of leading service team in an enterprise environment.

· Excellent knowledge of MS Windows environments/ collaboration O 365 / Skype / Workflow Solutions / MS teams other platforms

· Understanding of automation, and Infrastructure metrics, define and implement infrastructure standards and policies.

· Proactive management of IT asset through CCM

· Understanding of general email infrastructure, and O365 offering

· Experience of supporting large, 24x7 enterprise-grade infrastructure environments.

· User Focused

· Incident management and providing communication on resolution

· Designing and improving collaboration solutions

· Innovation mindset to propose Collaborative solution across platforms

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, or similar field such as Technology

  • 2 year of prior Industrial Software experience
  • English Speaking
  • Working knowledge in Infrastructure and Workplace collaboration function
  • Structured, analytic and independent working methods

  • Good oral and written communications; excellent presentation skills
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work and facilitate diverse groups and work all levels internal and external customers
