Honeywell is currently looking for a talented and process-orientated Senior Staffing Specialist to drive our recruitment operations across multiple geographies within SEE (Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia, Israel). In this exciting role, you will drive and enable the recruitment delivery strategies needed to meet the business objectives, interacting with C-level business leadership and the HR community to develop and implement proactive workforce planning and pipelines across the region. You will partner with the business to drive strategic staffing processes by identifying critical staffing priorities and optimizing delivery using a variety of Honeywell, Vendor and Vendor Partner channels and work closely with your team to execute these strategies. The successful candidate will Work with Honeywell on-site RPO solutions in EMEA to develop candidate talent pipelines for future business initiatives. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with business customers, HR partners and staffing teams, and Provide Staffing subject matter expertise to support business critical recruitment projects. You will work with Honeywell RPO solutions in SEE to meet the Honeywell Staffing KPIs, success metrics for timing, productivity, quality and costs.
