The Sr. Staffing Specialist will lead all efforts in the end to end recruiting life cycle for full time positions in your designated business area. You will use modern tools and approaches while sourcing and recruiting top and diverse talent across very niche businesses. You will work closely with and coach business and HR leaders to determine staffing strategies to identify, attract, screen, recruit and on-board top candidates for the Transportation Systems business.
