The following are the main areas of responsibility:
Support & assist the European After-market Sales Leader &
Sales team as well as the OEM Growth Sales team to effectively
manage the territory for maximum revenue and contribution to meet or exceed sales plan for
the area (in a highly regulated environment).
Track & follow CO2 quota consumption (monthly,
Quarterly/yearly) for European Refrigerant Distributors & OEMs vs contracts
& agreements in place
analysis & advices in case orders received from customers are outside or different vs sales forecasts
Retrofit & OEM’s deals supplied through European distributors follow & track volumes as well as CO2 equivalent
In charge of the integrity of the follow up documents (used for the communication with Customers) packaging asset management : support the Sales Team for the return of empties (Roll drums & cylinders) when “free of charge” periods are over
Maintenance of the “Sales contact database” : in charge of the integrity & update of the data base
Mass mailing regarding Sales activity (eg communication of price change information…)
Support the Sales Team with salesforce.com (SFDC) activities (eg samples follow up, checking and filtering leads, claims follow up…).
Assist the Sales Team in the interaction with customers by providing relevant information such as customer creation forms, unloading facility reports
This role implies a close collaboration with the Sales Team as well as with all support functions including Customer Service, Supply chain, Logistics and Finance

Qualification - Requirements:
Incumbent must have a history of success operating in a Multi-national environment.

Language: spoken and written English is
essential. Another main European language (eg German, French, Italian…) is a
1 to 3 years’ experience in customer service or
to work collaboratively with a team in an international environment
verbal and written communication skills
skills with problem analysis & resolution
Well organized & structured to follow up open activities
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
Strong Customer focus
