As our HGR (High Growth Region) Aftermarket Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible with runing the end to end Supply Chain activities for the following IAM growing markets: North America & Mexico, China, South East Asia and Australia. Your objective is to create a differentiated supply chain strategy enabling the business to win in markets growing between 10% to 20 % each year. This encompasses Sales Operations and Inventory Planning (SIOP), Inventory and Product Portfolio Management, Distribution centers strategy & management, Customer Service.

You will be accountable to deliver the customer service level targets (line fill rate & order cycle time, distribution Performance) while meeting costs and working capital targets (logistics, inventory).

You will manage a team of managers directly located in 4 regions and you will act as a change agent, create an Aftermarket mindset within the ISC organization.


  • Set up new Supply Chain processes in line with the evolving IAM market requirements (Shipping from Anywhere to Everywhere, E commerce, Channel management)
  • Standardize AM SC processes and develop expertize in each area
  • Track and anticipate market trends through VOC, benchmark
  • Establish & drive customer satisfaction metrics (line fill rate, order cycle time)
  • Decrease order cycle time to meet customer demand
  • Achieve best in class in service level, leveraging current OE structure and enhance capabilities to address customer needs: shorter delivery lead time & ability to respond quickly to demand change
  • Implement differentiated supply chain offers to the AM Customers (eg Express Delivery, Express Delivery v2), supporting new product offering (eg: Reman, BCC 2.0 HGR)
  • Define optimal inventory strategy & processes enabling to reduce overall cycle time to the customers (reduce interco lead-time)
  • Provide the allocation between AM regions when shortages;
  • Define and Implement optimal warehouse footprint
  • Manage logistics centers and Third Party Logistics (3PL) related activities for the HGR regions
  • Keep close integration with Global Supply Chain (SIOP, Planning standard, Inventory & Cycle time initiatives, Logistics)
  • Lead weekly tiered escalation / monthly and bi-weekly initiatives reviews to track and direct performance;
  • Follow up and (internally and externally) benchmark the competitiveness and the quality of the Aftermarket Supply Chain and define, propose and implement projects to improve results in terms of operational excellence, cost saving and customer satisfaction.
  • Define objectives for, lead, motivate, coach, develop and evaluate the members of the own team.
  • Ensure knowledge and expertise is maintained, developed and exchanged within the team.

  • Bachelor's degree in operations, business, or technical field
  • Significant supply chain experience
  • Experience with distribution environment
  • Proven leadership abilities and in depth knowledge of supply chain management
  • English at an advanced level
  • Leadership experience with proven ability to influence across functions and regions and build deep collaborative relationships in a matrixed environment
  • Good knowledge of management with distribution centers in multilevel distribution with wholesale and distributors;
  • Good knowledge of optimization of logistic flows and transportation costsStrong customer focus and ability to lead changes in supply chain that will enable business growth;
  • Business & financial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence in cross cultural environment
  • Being an effective change agent, constantly challenging conventional thinking, approach & methodology
  • Strong oral & written presentation skills
  • Strong integrative thinking; able to use experience and judgment to solve complex business problems and understand how various aspects of the business and integrated supply chain work together;
  • Significant experience in Supervision/Managerial role and the ability to lead people/team and engage/mentor staffs
  • Think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion
  • Independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, analytical ability and professional demeanor
