As our HGR (High Growth Region) Aftermarket Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible with runing the end to end Supply Chain activities for the following IAM growing markets: North America & Mexico, China, South East Asia and Australia. Your objective is to create a differentiated supply chain strategy enabling the business to win in markets growing between 10% to 20 % each year. This encompasses Sales Operations and Inventory Planning (SIOP), Inventory and Product Portfolio Management, Distribution centers strategy & management, Customer Service.
You will be accountable to deliver the customer service level targets (line fill rate & order cycle time, distribution Performance) while meeting costs and working capital targets (logistics, inventory).
You will manage a team of managers directly located in 4 regions and you will act as a change agent, create an Aftermarket mindset within the ISC organization.
Ensure knowledge and expertise is maintained, developed and exchanged within the team.
