As a testimony to its success, in 2018 Honeywell will be spinning off the Transportation Systems business into a stand-alone, publicly traded company. Ensure that purchase goods, materials and services and company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply. You will hold responsibility for a specific project/region/business ,with guidance from senior professionals. You will be responsible for delivering tactical activities of purchasing goods and services off of defined contracts with stated terms and conditions. Also may include occasional one-off negotiations for non-standard buys, low dollar volume buys or items that are not strategically sourced.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
•Support Sub-commodity Strategy activities
•Build Supplier panel for each Aftermarket specific portfolio.
•Lead new suppliers integration process in the panel, supplier prospection/Supplier assessments/Supplier Development/Supplier Securitization Plan
•Ensure Commercial & Industrial Market Expertise of the sub commodity. Define SBM Answer to identified /anticipated customer (sales/market/internal) needs.
•Meet AOP Objectives of Aftermarket.
•Build and consolidate AOP to reach productivity expectations including Negotiations, Value engineering, HLLR opportunity and supplier securitization plan.
•Drive actions and define corrections plans with operation buyers to Ensure AOP targets are met.
•Conducts negotiations with assigned suppliers.
•Drive specific New Products Introductions for Aftermarket
20 Deliver on customer needs
20 Conduct competitive bids
20 Identify cost reduction opportunities
20 Manage supplier communication
20 Understand market trends
YOU MUST HAVE
Fluent English speaker, another language will be a plus.
