Provide day-to-day support for the Security access and provisioning. Team ensuring the most effective tools, processes and partnerships are leveraged to protect TS Spin Co from unauthorized access and information breaches

Direct Supplier work in the area of Active Directory, SSO / CWA Security

Serve as a key driver for the Spin Co Security technology road map in the area of access Management

Ensure and maintain that security requirements in the services, technical infrastructure and ways of working;

Manages and executes high profile audits through to the senior management level;

Able to manage the security exception process through or other exception process

Able to lead and conduct full contract compliance reviews;

Designs, implements and supports multiple mission-critical, global directory services

Maintains up-to-date, expert knowledge of identity management systems and technologies

Drives technical strategic direction of the identity management solution

Maintains expert knowledge of identity security threats and credential theft techniques, and constantly monitors and evolves system security posture to mitigate

Define and Implement Remote access Policies.

Track security and compliance-related KPI s and metrics, and assist with reporting on those metrics to senior management;

Conduct periodic scans, Vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, simulating an attack on the network find exploitable weaknesses

Lead incident response, including steps to minimize the impact and then conducting a technical and forensic investigation into how the breach happened and the extent of the damage

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline Or in lieu of degree will consider 8 years of IT Security Experience for a global enterprise
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing Application IT security teams. Including active directoryMS AD and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) knowledge . Azure AD knowledgePing knowledge
  • Strong, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) with ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to translate business issues/requirements and objectives into action plans.
  • Ability to promote strong teamwork in a global/regional operational support model.
  • Experience in customer service and global infrastructure management.
  • Define and Implement policies for Active Directory.
  • Strong knowledge of the global data security regulatory environment;
  • Proficiency in performing risk, business impact, control and vulnerability assessments using manual or automated tools;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills;
  • Organized, responsive and highly thorough problem solver;
  • Working ability in English.
  • Having one of the following certifications is a plus :MCITP; MCSA; MCSE; MCSA; MCTS
  • German & French speaking skills
