This role will manage the IT relationship with Legal & Government Relations (LGR) functional stakeholders. The role involves partnership and solutions analysis/selection and is responsible for understanding the stakeholder’s environment with its opportunities and challenges, and working to identify and drive contemporary, best-in-class solutions that measurably improve employee productivity.This role leverages current and emerging capabilities to create/enable functional business value.
·Act as the Point of Contact for all stakeholder needs and participate as an active member of the stakeholder leadership team
·Work with LGR functional customers to define high-level requirements and develop the solution business case, and recommend comprehensive solutions based on industry best practices and Honeywell Enterprise IT Strategy
·Drive integrated technical and functional solution decision making across applications and modules that support employee facing organizations
·Partner across both LGR and Enterprise IT - Center IT teams and SBGs – to engage and define contemporary, standard appropriate solutions across domains and processes, providing exceptional user experiences and leveraging enterprise solutions wherever possible
·Drive exceptional Honeywell user experience / HUE through innovative solution analysis and selection
·Deliver solutions that enable LGR customers, to interact with Honeywell in a contemporary manner (Cloud, Mobile, Software as services, Flexible/Agile)
·Advise and provide direction to IT Project Managers and the functional areas to help drive definition of business requirements and process requirements
·Represent the LGR functional customers for all IT program phase gate updates that impact their internal customers
·Work with LGR functional customers and IT to prioritize current and planned functional needs, including ongoing resource requirements
·Evaluate and champion the prioritization, funding, resource management and deployment of programs and new technologies that create/enable functional business value
·Participate in core business planning activities, including Strategic Planning (Functional Update) and Annual Operating Plan
·Partner with LGR, Enterprise IT, functional, and SBG teams and stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive functional solution
·Guide and drive the Partners towards the best solution for their business needs
·Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes
·Incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending a functional solution
·Understand business issues and concerns and recommend appropriate solution
·Interact/collaborate with functional suppliers and consultants
·Exchange routine information with members of project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they arise
·This position reports directly to the LGR/IT4IT Business Partner Lead

·Minimum of 5 years LGRIT-related experience in medium/large scale organization
·Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field required
·Master’s Degree preferred
·Direct experience in analyzing, implementing and/or supporting global LGR functional solutions strongly preferred
·Direct experience with Honeywell’s core ERP platforms, including interfaces and integration solutions, strongly preferred
·Experience designing, implementing, and supporting global IT solutions and services desired
·Demonstrated partnership skill set and ability to collaborate with various people and organizations
·Demonstrated ability to evaluate and recommend effective, contemporary solutions that align with the Honeywell Enterprise IT strategy and deliver exceptional user experiences
·Experience driving / influencing adoption of the Honeywell User Experience (HUE) principles
·Ability to conceptualize and communicate employee experience needs
·Demonstrated experience developing IT Strategic Plans with linkage to functional strategy
·Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
·Strong presentation skills and the ability to interact well and all levels of the organization
·Ability to conceptualize and communicate HUE needs and translate into system solutions
·Experience in improving access to digital information assets through implementation of creative processes and technologies
·Business IT experience highly desired
·Futuristic orientation, contemporary business thinker
·Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and influence without formal authority
·Ability to anticipate and execute action plans to proactively manage and drive change in an organization
·Strong oral and written communication skills, including engagement with senior leaders across business functions
