Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
·Overall owner of the Specialty Additives Technical Sales and Support for EMEA.
·Understand the needs Additives customer base in EMEA and design experimentation which demonstrates how Honeywell products can help meet those needs.
·Own and drive the execution of experimental programs, whether conducted internally or at external labs.
·In conjunction with the Commercial team, participate in customer visits aimed at identification of unmet needs.
·Work jointly with the Commercial team to qualify sales leads and improve conversion rate to ongoing sales
·Lead new product development (NPD) projects, as required.

·Minimum BS Degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or closely related field required. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
·Proven experience working in the Speciality Chemicals and/or Polymer related industries.
·Experience in Inks, Coatings, Adhesives, or related applications
·Up to 30% Travel required
·Experienced technology manager, with proven track record directing a technology program.
·Experience interfacing directly with customers and other external partners.
·Good project management skills.
·People management skills and experience.
·Good communication skills.
·Ability to interface cross-functionally as part of larger global team.
·Ability to assemble, analyze and present results/conclusions internally and externally.
·Proficiency with MS office products, including, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint.
