Within the Commercial Aviation strategic business unit, the Inside Sales Rep Intern will be responsible for driving improved customer experience for our Business & General Aviation (BGA) customers across various platforms. Will be responsible for in service product support and aftermarket surveys.

The successful candidate will spend time in the following areas; Finance, Sales, Commercial Excellence, Customer Care, Technical Support and Inside Sales.

This position is a full-time position and the objective of this programme is to build sales talent/leaders of the future within the business.

Responsibilities & Major Activitie

Onboarding – understanding how we operate as a business and introductions to key personnel

Finance – understanding budgeting, Annual Operating Plan, Profit and Loss, purchasing, invoicing

Marketing – spend time with Product Management and Customer Marketing linking with sales to align plans

Commercial Excellence –understand the CRM tool ; calendar management, capturing opportunities, closing opportunities.

Customer Care – shadowing the customer care team to understand the order management process of customers purchase orders

Technical Support – shadowing the technical support department to get a feel for the type of calls received

Inside Sales – spending time with the Inside Sales function to see the types of campaigns they are working on and how they support the external sales teams
