This is an opening for a Senior Campaign Coordinator role within Honeywell’s Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT) Tradeshow and Events group.
This position will be responsible for providing inputs to campaign management strategy, and managing communications and online tools in support of the PMT tradeshows and events team globally, besides metrics reporting. He or she will work closely with the events team, marketing, and other marcom disciplines to assist with event execution and ensure events ROI is captured and reported, and all campaign activity is documented. This role will provide an opportunity to help transform the events team to utilize more digital tools and improve the way in which we contribute to the business.
This position will report into the Global Marcom COE and work closely with the PMT Global Tradeshow and Events Leader.
IT intelligence and aptitude for programs like SFDC, Marketo, Sharepoint and other online tools. Initiative to progress integrated campaigns, and improve digital strategy.
Work with the digital teams to:
•Create SFDC campaigns for events
•Plan Marketo campaigns, and analyse customer engagement
•Register events and create website content with HMS and writers
•ShowGo updates, maintain calendar
•Expand UOP marcom portal to include all of PMT; maintain and improve site
•Work with lead management team to ensure leads received from events are moved into SFDC / Siebel and tracked
•Upload presentations to Sharepoint library post-event, etc. / Work with Digital team to post presentations to the website as necessary
Execute events and webinars:
Help create program booklets
•consistent bio/abstract formatting
•Follow-up w/ presenters – chase bio, abstract, presentation

•About 5 years of experience related to event or meeting planning and management, or marketing communications;
•Must be process oriented and have excellent time management and organizational skills
•Willingness to work under heavy workload and tight schedule
•Project management and problem-solving skills
•Good customer service attitude and work habits
•Previous experience in lead management is a plus, as is experience with Marketo, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Tableau or Davinci
•Industry experience in B2B, especially in Oil and Gas, petrochemical and chemical industries, is a plus.
