Lead department expense planning, forecasting and reporting supporting the Connected Buildings team. This position is responsible for partnering with Leadership on AOP and financial forecasts in addition to leading monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis for operations cost including OEF, Indirect Spend, Non-Controllable Costs, and Overhead Expense. In addition, the role will lead site absorption analysis at Standard and Actual Cost sites. You will develop new and revamp existing methods to improve efficiency and focus on strategic management of legacy environmental remediation. You will work directly with Remediation Managers and third party partners to actively participate in the scope analysis of alternate remedy selections for remediation at various sites.

40 Support Connected Buildings Leaders and their organizations

30 Forecast and analyze department expenses

20 Act as site focal and manage engineering rate pools

10 Ad hoc financial analysis and process improvements

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
WE VALUE
  • Masters degree in Finance or CPA.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP, Hyperion and Excel.
  • Ability to present complex analysis with clarity.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP Sarbes-Oxley and Internal controls.
  • Good oral and written communication.
