The Software Engineering Manager joins a hugely influential team within the Honeywell Connected Offerings group to evolve our emerging Honeywell Sentience™ IoT Platform. You will use strategic thinking to help establish and implement direction for new business opportunities, products and processes in support of Connected business strategies. You will be accountable to lead a dynamic software team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex software functions with Honeywell business groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Software Services scrum team focus on Software API Services
  • Drive and manage agile software development
  • Deliver application and services to validate and ensure the portfolio meets all operational standards
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver the valuable outcomes our customers desire
  • Talent management and development, lead and build the domain skills set for business success

You Must Have

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or mathematics

We Value

  • Strong Software Engineering Experience
  • Experience with one or more of the following test plan creation, performance testing and reliability testing
  • Strongexperience working in a distributed team environment
  • Previous management experience
