Channel Sales Manager

Honeywell Inncom is a global market leader providing guest room management systems to all major hotels brands with an install base in excess of two million rooms.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial channel sales manager with a proven track record in stepped sales. You will build a new sales channel working closely with dealers and HVAC/controls contractors in the hospitality industry. You will serve as liaison between Sales Leadership, Marketing and Distributors/Dealers. You will review status of projects and budgets. You will coordinate schedules and prepare status reports. You will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring Channel Sales progress and for problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers

Work closely with marketing to create and implement customer programs

Help Honeywell be the customer's top choice by supervising an efficient and effective Channel Sales function

Drive efforts to solve complex problems for the customer

YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma
WE VALUE
  • Significant experience applying best practices in Channel Sales
  • Some experience selling to the Hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent organization skills
  • An ability to train others
  • An ability to direct and motivate a team
  • Very Familiar with Channel Sales execution
