High Risk Area Sales Manager Respiratory/Electrical Safety Benelux will be responsible for developing the assigned sales territory. Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast, staying within pre-established expense budget, manage and make any necessary distribution changes, work with end user customers, be aware of competitors product/market changes, actively working within Sales and Marketing budgets.
This position directly affects sales volume growth through distributor and direct sales, creating end user demand, researching the market, continuously monitoring competitor products and strategies, and refocusing Fall Protection products as needed into new or emerging markets.
The person in this position must be located near a major metropolitan area somewhere in the territory.
* Job Responsibilities: *
Manage distribution partner network for all targeted market segments.Identify, select, evaluate, and monitor distribution performance.Develop and train distributors to become champions for the company’s portfolio of products.Develop new business opportunities for current and new products, in our key core markets: Construction, Industrial, Oil, Gas and Chemical.Create demand for Honeywell Fall Protection products directly with end user customers through sales visits, training, demonstrations and also through joint sales calls with distribution.Participate in local and regional trade shows according to the marketing program.Extensive travel within the assigned region to work with distribution and end users.Utilize Salesforce CRM for customer and distributor accounts and contacts, forecasting product demand and managing new and current sales opportunities.Other duties as assigned.

A minimum of 5 years sales experience.A minimum of 1 year of experience selling with or through distributors.Bachelors Degree
Personal Protective industry experience, specifically Respiratory/Electrical Safety products.Knowledge of safety industry and its products.Experience in managing a distribution channel.Must be self-motivated to continuously accomplish goals. Ability to influence decision makers at all levels.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Collaborative team player.
