Honeywell Building Solutions installs, integrates and maintains the systems that keep facilities safe, secure, comfortable, and productive and energy efficient.
The Contracts Administration graduate opportunity in Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) is focused on assisting to control and measure the cost, time and scope of a project in accordance with the Contract. You will learn to assist in controlling the Project cost by developing an understanding of the implications of design decisions, scope changes and project schedule and delays. You will be working for a variety of customers on exciting buildings across leisure and entertainment; justice and corrections and premium commercial.
Your duties will include:
·Walk the site/construction site as directed to ensure understanding of site progress and issues.
·Participate in early reporting of risks / opportunities and taking action
·Assist with subcontractor qualification and quotation reviews
·Build and maintain successful customer relationships
·Work with the management team to deliver an exceptionally high standard of service to our customers
·Various correspondence and record keeping
·Assist the project team with notices and forecasting financial management.
·Develop relationships with project teams; internal and external stakeholders
The graduate program will commence in February 2019.

Relevant Undergraduate Degree – Construction Management, Engineering, Building Management or Quantity Surveying completed in the 2 years preceding the start date for the Graduate role, February 2019.
3 months work experience
Permanent Residency in Australia or New Zealand, or Citizenship - student and bridging visas not accepted
