As part of on-growing growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Supervisor to manage service delivery on an important Melbourne CBD site.

You will provide leadership to your team and drive exceptional service delivery on this key and significant complex customer site. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring high quality delivery of services to the client through management of the technical team and sub-contractors and effective management of work load; improvement of processes and systems; technician and sub-contractor management; verification of works; client liaison and escalation; financial forecasting and control of jobs including administering of variations and associated invoicing/project progress claims.

This is an important role and to succeed it is preferred you are tertiary or diploma qualified in an Engineering discipline(Electrical/ Electronic or related) and you show credible experience managing technical teams/ projects in the field within building services/ building solutions/ connected buildings environments on major client sites involving multiple services. You will demonstrate excellent communications skill; show an ability to influence at varying levels across an organisationand your team leadership experience and ability will be highly developed.
