We have a fantastic opportunity for a Distribution Sales Leader – Security Products for our Honeywell HBT (Honeywell Building Technologies) business, based in Melbourne.

The goal of the position is to drive profitable above-market growth by implementing tactical sales initiatives through a dedicated sales team that sells across a specific portfolio of Security products for the Pacific region (Australia and New Zealand).

In this exciting sales leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the security sales team performance in selling via a core group of Product Distribution channel partners and selected direct trade accounts serving small to medium size businesses across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead your team and work hand in hand with each distributor to create awareness of the benefits of Honeywell technology to capture and grow market share.

To succeed you should ideally be tertiary qualifiedin Business or Engineering and a post grad qualification i.e. an MBA from a recognised Business School will be highly regarded. Your experience should include sales leadership within a relevant product manufacturer and you will be an ambitious and energetic professional with strong distribution sales experience within the security industry. You will be a proven leader with a track record of high growth and margin expansion with experience in driving different sales models primarily in a business to business product environment managing a complete, fully engaged business model with a variety of products sales ranging from short to long sales cycles. You will be highly motivated, talented and be seeking to build your career within a global market leader.
