Marketing Specialist Poland ADI Global Distribution

Location: Warsaw, Poland

The Marketing Specialist supports the business by defining, developing and executing the marketing plan aligned with the sales and marketing strategy. This position works closely with the country and regional leadership, local sales and product marketing to ensure the right plans are in place and the correct marketing materials and tools are developed. The Marketing Specialist will also work closely with the EMEA Marketing team and Regional Marcom Team based in Czech Republic.The role reports to the EMEA Campaign Manager.

Job: Description / Role / Skills

  • Define and implement marketing programs for Poland with input coming from the Regional Leader, Country Sales Leader, EMEA Marketing and local Product Management.

  • Initiate and coordinate local demand generation, prospecting and retention programs. Work with local product marketing, sales, and vendors to develop targeted marketing campaigns promoting key products/solutions, print & e-promotions to drive awareness, growth & customer focus and generate quality leads for the business whilst maximizing the deployment of marketing development funds​

  • Event & training coordination.Work closely with the EMEA Expos & Events Manager on all major events like the ADI Expo program and roadshows. Define dates and locations, select the right venues. Coordinate the communications to customers, vendors and internal stakeholders. Execute all event logistics. Budget and ROI management including vendor income invoicing. The Expo program is partly executed from the Czech office hence a high level of cooperation is required.​

  • Coordinate the production of Monthly Sales Flyer and other marketing collaterals by supporting the automated DTP process. Ensure content is provided on time and correctly from product management, and ensure a high quality of proofreading. Make sure promotions are available online.​

  • Optimize the ADI customer journey with the aim to maximize retention. Doing so by mapping the current process and developing various touchpoints such as a new customer welcome pack, and coordinate execution of the various customer engagement initiatives.​

  • Work closely with product management and sales to define required sales and marketing materials and tools. Development of all literature, presentations, sales kits, brochures, point-of-sales materials.​

  • Support the branch network in close cooperation with the regional team. Coordinate POS materials and interior/exterior decorations. Define ways to attract customers to branches and optimize the visitor experience.

  • Administration of the NavisionCRM system including maintenance of all customer and prospect data, training and motivation of the users, analyzing the available data, as well as initiating further enhancements of the systems.​

  • Work closely together with the technical expert to ensure content is communicated with maximum efficiency.

  • Build and delivery of compelling external email communications including regular newsletters using the company email tool, analysis of email communications statistics. Delivery of regular internal communications, management of local key email distribution lists.

  • Support catalogue creation following the regional process, working together with local product managers to gather all data, coordinate proofreading, and develop marketing content.​

  • Budget management, monthly monitoring of all expenses and vendor income and establishing a tight cooperation with local finance. Maximizing the financial support from vendors, measuring the results and initiating next steps.

Qualifications:

  • Convinced team worker with a cooperative attitude and the ability to motivate & influence team members without a hierarchical relation
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, professional proficiency in English
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or other related field
  • 5 years marketing experience­ or more
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and email marketing tools.
  • Basic skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML are a significant benefit, as well is theexperience in maintenance of an E-commerce solution
  • Able to self-motivate, work independently, deliver within a set timeframe and work in a dynamic fast-paced matrix environment.
  • Good analytical skills, strong project & budget management skills.
