Honeywell Aerospace HOS Gold Business Operations Growth team

(formerly known as Revenue Assurance) is Order to Cash Analytics and Research wing of Aerospace

Leadership Team. We are a global group of professionals with a diverse range of

expertise in Accounting, Finance, ISC, IT, Legal, Contracts and Forensic Data

Analytics. We report to the Aerospace Leadership Team and directive is to

identify areas of potential Revenue Leakage, Business Processes & Controls

and Partner with Business to suggest improvements and help in improving Top

Line & Bottom Line Financials of Honeywell.

The HOS Gold Business Ops Growth Analyst is responsible for

developing, implementing and managing operational procedures, processes

and activities across the HOS Gold Business Enterprises as it

relates to Key Business Processes.

This position will work closely with Gold Business Enterprise

Leaders & Functional leaders to develop & deploy an effective Measurement System

& MOS for Project Execution with defined Financial Benefits.

This position will also be the liaison between the Aerospace

HOS Gold Business Ops Growth Organization & the HTS Aerospace to identify &

address opportunities, projects to support the HOS Gold vision for

Aerospace.

Responsibilities

include, but are not limited to the following:

Report out Project Updates on regular basis

Develop & Deploy a Measurement System/Business

Process Metrics to enable Functions achieve defined Metrics.

Data Guru; ability to find a pattern that is deviating

from the process and fix it. Capture the benefits and report out

Coordination with other functions, SBUs, Enterprises,

and integration where appropriate, utilizing industry best practices, in

the development and deployment of key processes.

Drive Best in Class initiatives from external learning

to enhance the overall Business Process Organization in support of HOS

Gold Principles.

Identify potential problem areas in processes and work

with teams in identifying Root causes and eliminating them by implementing

Six Sigma Methodologies or other productivity initiatives.

Co-ordinates, and provide inputs in improving various

current & future databases & tools along with IT and other

functional resources.

Co-ordinates, prepares, and assists in implementing

common processes/standard work across all teams.

Focal point of contact for generating various reports

or obtaining information that relates to HOS Gold Business Ops Growth team.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Finance or

equivalent.

MBA in Finance / operations

Experience :

3-5 years experiences

in Business Analytics / Financial Analytics
