We are currently seeking Service Advisor to work closely with Service customers to understand their technical needs. You will work closely with Account Managers on the technical aspect of Road Maps and generating budgetary and firm cost estimates for Service Work.

The scope of this role includes involvement in the identification of the opportunity, engineering and design of the solution through to delivery of service jobs as and when required. The candidate will act as a Service Operations resource in support of the Account Manager to address the customer’s technical and application requirements to ultimately provide an accurate cost of the solution. This position will partner with Sales, Technical and Solution Advisors and Solution Design Engineers, vendors, customers, consulting engineers, contractors and delivery and support personnel to deliver estimates in a timely manner that are scoped and cost engineered correctly.
