Job Title: QUALITY TECHNICIAN

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITILES

  • Bringing up to date and archiving process audit ,product audit
  • Analyses supplier nonconformities with SQAteam (Q3 notifications, handing over faulty pieces to depot)
  • Follows values records of first SWA piece, registers and archives in BD
  • Auditing operator verification lists, registration and archivation of events
  • Bringing up to date ofpanels for quality area – bringing up to date graphics
  • Supports to close actions open byQuality Inspectors after daily audits
  • Audit Inspector Verification List
  • Check daily one Product Audit perform byQuality Inspectors
  • Supports andanalyses quality process problems and incidents - solves them
  • Participates at quality meetings
  • Collects datesfor Process Capabilities Monitorisation
  • Manages capabilities documents, R&R and machines linearity
  • Verifies SWA, CHRA, VSR, FAmasters situation;
  • Handles the new masters order, oldSWA,CHRA,VSR,FA masters restoration if they are out of specification
  • Bringing up to date of module general panels , quality panel – graphics actualization
  • Handles the operator check list and“First Parts” pieces form
  • Archivates Board Journals, First SWA piece, verifies VSR machine
  • Handles verification POKA YOKEaudits, verificationsauditsbyproductions technicians + archivation
  • Verifies and updates valabilitate labels for Inspection and Measurement Equipments-according to the planning
  • Updates and manages the quality alerts
  • Checks and updates homologation documents
  • Interprets execution drawings(tolerances, drawing specifications and characteristics, Process Instructions - PDM)
  • Supervises and trains operators for sorting on the line
  • Participates at the elaboration and implementation of the quality system documentation
  • Participates at the analysis of nonconformities of EIMI upon a product that is inspected by himself
  • Participates at the analysis of parts that have been inspected with a nonconformity EIMI
  • Collaborates at closing the corrective and preventive actions
  • Participates at the homologation of processes, machines and control machines through R&R studies and capabilities
  • Makes CAR and notifications in SAP
  • Can decide the stop of the production line in case of a quality risk and informs his supervisor according to the escalation matrix;
  • 3 Kaizen ideas/ months proposed and implemented
  • Observes the obligations and duties resulting from the management systems in production, quality, HS&E areas and other external and internal standards and regulations
  • Observes work rules and internal HS&E guidelines in the current wording SKILLS AND KNOWLDGE REQUIRED

  • Green Belt Certification

  • Management of corrective actions
  • Auditor for process and product
  • Good level of technical drawing
  • PC – Excel, Minitab

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • High school or professional school
