  • Develop & execute the quality function for the Honeywell HSF Russian business, working with the local Business leadership team to achieve growth through the development of processes and systems that ensure robust product quality and services to all of our customers.
  • Lead and manage the customer field failure analysis corrective action process and manage the team to resolve product field failures, deliver detailed analysis reports to enable development and engineering & quality teams etc to improve product reliability.
  • Represent the quality function at the business review meetings and support the global team functions when required.
  • Manage closely with the business the implementation of corrective actions as required to maintain and achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Support visits to

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements
