The Strategic Programs Manager is responsible for working closely with the Strategic Programs Director, reporting to the VP/GM Connected Enterprise (IoT) to create and execute on the Connected Enterprise management operating system(Sentience), develop and manage projects as required, and contribute to strategy development and deployment of the Connected Enterprise(IoT) business. This position will be responsible for the overall direction,
coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with enterprise strategy, commitments and goals. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to a engage on a variety of focused learning experiences and coaching from executive leadership to develop and grow within the business.

Contribute and develop strategic growth strategies of Honeywell Connected Enterprise.
Work across business groups to align and amplify global strategic programs and lead development of connected enterprises growth and best practice programs
Work with internal and external clients to analyze project needs ensuring that they fit with resourcing, project objectives and quality standards.
Maintain detailed timelines, project plans, and hours budgeted for project deliverables and key milestones.
Have the flexibility to work within a changing workload by effectively setting, observing and re-evaluating project priorities often.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand project priorities in the context of client expectations. Be the focal point for project delivery, timeline and resourcing challenges.
Support Merge and Acquisition projects. Strong leadership and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in successfully working with cross-functional teams and matrix management.
Excellent written and oral communicator. Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, attentive to detail, organized self-starters with orientation towards a high work ethic.

Experience in technology, IoT, software, operations, engineering or related field
Program / Project Management: A proven track record of leading projects and teams that successfully achieve milestones and complete deliverables. Excellent planning, execution and project-management skills.
Proven performers with demonstrable results
Detail Oriented: A highly organized individual with the ability to evaluate competing priorities and choose the highest value path forward. Comfortable with details, can drive toward structure and standard work style.
