Job Description :

1. Creation of shipping document for in-house and trans-shipment units.

2. Check sales order billing amount matched with quotation amount.

3. Mailing invoices to customers.

4. Generation of proforma invoices to mail documents to customers and returning of units to customers.

5. Process AOG/SPEX/ ISS exchange/loaner orders, create exchange orders in SAP, process relay order, process STO and PO.

6. Create STO/PO/ZRIT in SAP to send expired units to other repair centers for recertification.

7. Process core closure in SAP and send units for repair centers like Toronto, Renton, Urbana etc.

8. Perform receipt of units in SAP upon received of the units from repair centers like Toronto, Renton, Urbana etc.
