Honeywell Business Sales Analyst in Romania
Position Responsibilities: • Development of executive reporting and monthly sales reports • Creation of KPIs to expedite the decision making process • Cross functional engagement (Marketing,Sales, Supply Chain, Technology, ISC, FP&A, IT, HR) • Assist in creation of presentations to the FC&A, AM, and PMT Leadership Teams • Support the monthly sales forecasting process driving continuous improvement to reduce variances • Perform monthly reporting analysis that tracks price / volume / sales with particular emphasis on identifying key variances and trends • Provide sales analysis and support to Marketing leadership in their Pricing strategies, focusing on Value, ransactional, and Pass-Thru opportunities. • Creation of in depth sales analysis for key products, regions and customers • Support the sales reporting process, providing analytics to guarantee accurateness and timely reporting to management • Support Leadership on ad hoc analysis and special projects Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or other related business field • Two plus years of Finance / Accounting experience Additional Qualifications: • Strong skills in information technology financial applications, particularly SAP, Hyperion, Business Objects, Tableau and Excel • Strong attention to detail and ability to understand/interpret complex data and communicate it in a simple way across functional groups • Self-motivated, results-oriented individual who independently develops solutions • Enjoy working in a fast-paced organization • Ability to manage multiple, critical projects simultaneously, reprioritizing as required. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proactively questions current practices; identifies root cause issues and process improvement opportunities • Sales Business analysis experience in a manufacturing/auditing environment is preferred but not required.
