This role will report into the Global Portal Leader within the HR Technology Solutions team with specific focus on the HR Portal strategy. The HRS Portal team is responsible for driving self-service and overall ownership of the HR Portal.

  • Responsible for monitoring Portal usage metric analysis and reporting. Identify and recommend improvements to increase portal utilization and self-service integration.
  • Function as part of a cross-functional design team and employ a user-centered design methodology to develop new and derivative user interface designs for embedded, web-based applications
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on how to best leverage current technology and processes across the enterprise.

    20 Maintain portal content within the HRS Service delivery and operations

    20 Responsible for monitoring Portal usage metric analysis and reporting

    20 Assist content owners in action plans for improving site utilization and activity

    20 Identify trends and recommend improvements based on data analysis using Google Analytics

    20 Assist in the maintenance of the HR Portal Roadmap and identification of future projects

Bachelor degree IT also Bussiness Carrer
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 1-3 Years of experience in web or content management
  • Experience in metric analysis, Google Analytics is a plus
  • Knowledge of HR Systems and Portal including PeS and Salesforce
  • Search Engine Optimization Experience
