Honeywell Buyer Planner in Mexico

Responsibilities: • Place POs according with the production plan/ requirements . • Develop an efficient system for the OA pursuit with the supplier. • Develop an efficient and accurate system for monitoring open purchase orders. • Identify Purchasing needs. • Monitor components/materials delivery dates. • Work with the Logistics team to ensure arrival dates of the components • Work with the Warehouse team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders and report any back-ordered or missing products to the Manager. • Assist the supply chain process with maintaining proper inventory levels of materials used on a regular basis • Monitor weekly receipts of the invoices in SAP • Establish reliable lines of contact with suppliers • Clarify invoices under dispute.

Experience.

• Preferably strong experience in the manufacturing industry • Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts.

Knowledge:

• English language is a must, (strong verbal and written communication skills) • SAP purchasing. • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Education: • Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering or related field required
