Opportunity booking in Siebel

Requisitioning of all required materials/services

Validation of PO & obtain supplier acknowledgement

Expedite orders with engineering & supply chain

Goods receipt of orders on delivery

Invoice generation (attention to specific customer/country requirements)

Follow credit approval process (including dispute resolution)

Project Service Request creation, management and closure in SFDC

Self motivated with good communication skills

·

Strong team player with positive outlook

Proven organisational and self-motivation abilities

·

Ability to interact with a wide variety of customers in various countries

Oral & written communication at all levels

English Fluent

Other Asia languages a plus

Minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer

Services environment, preferably with project administration expertise

Must have completed Post Secondary education

·

Experience working in a multi discipline team
