Project Planning and control Specialist

Join a team of specialists that provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell. You will partner with Integrated program team to develop program plans and create cost and schedule baselines. You will prepare and publish metrics and reports. You will analyze variances and review compliance to corporate guidelines across multiple teams. Your findings will drive decisions to improve the program performance impacting one or more site locations.

Develop and refine your program analyzing skills in an Integrated program management team to deliver innovative products and services to Honeywell customers worldwide.

Enable Leaders to make informed decisions through the use of metrics and reports to improve the program performance and customer satisfaction.

Support program baseline and execution to measure the success of Honeywell's programs.

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)

Bachelors in Computer

Science or Computer Applications with knowledge of Statistics/Math and

SharePoint development

Knowledge Required

Should have experience in custom SharePoint development

-

Should be comfortable on Web parts, workflow and custom development

-

Should have basic data science capabilities and have worked on

tools like Tableau or Power BI.

-

Should have exposure to client interaction.

Desirable- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand business

strategies and assist in business process change implementation

Effective communicator with proven ability to lead meetings in

person and remotely, and deliver presentations to internal and external

stakeholders

Knowledge in programming language like R, Python

Skills

Required

-

Experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design

hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications.

Experience using jQuery, Client Object Model and Service Oriented

Architecture

Foundation, Forms Server and Excel Service

-

Experience programming in .Net 4.0 or higher, C#, ASP.NET, SQL

Server, XML

Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts and

workflow creation

2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist or Management

Consultant

Experience in using Tableau

or Power BI advance applications for publishing within SharePoint.

Deep understanding of statistics, familiarity with machine

learning algorithms

-

Strong SQL skills, including querying involving multiple tables

and subqueries

-

Basic Experience with programming scripts such as Python, Java,

Scala, C++ in Linux/Unix, and R. Preference that you are medium to highly

knowledgeable in one of these languages

Desirable

-

Experience in visualizing data to stakeholders in a simple and

concise manner through visualization software such as ggplot, D3,Tableau

Qlinkview, Periscope, Business Objects, or other similar software.

Expert-level competency in

Visual Studio Tools for Office, Windows Workflow Knowledge/experience working

with Management Information Systems

Remediation Services working as Project Control and Analytics analyst. The

Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience with development or

customization of SharePoint along with assimilating data analytics using

visualization software language and tools for integrating management information

systems across the corporate remediation engineering services function.- SharePoint Development/Administration

Support

SharePoint development per business requirements

Integrate

and implement Office 365 applications within SharePoint online.

Responsible

for updating/maintaining Remediation information system administration modules

within SharePoint

-

Administration

of SharePoint including access control, content re-development, global client

support.

Responsible

for documentation of procedures, change management, and IT related processes.

Business analytics

-

Perform

statistical and visual techniques for Remediation Information System modules.

Analyze

current processes and work with senior process specialists for metrics

collection and process improvements

Preparation

of Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly / Yearly reports as per deadlines

Create

output that tells the story behind the data to non-technical team members so

they can execute more effectively.

Capable

of working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment while sensitively
