Honeywell Procurement Project Specialist in India

Monthly reporting and scorecard preparation in HGR transitions, Claims & Contributions and Productivity. - Take lead ownership of MOS with scorecard and metric preparation and reporting. - Provide analysis on a variety of base key metrics - Verify data accuracy by working with Managers & PTLS, Commodity Managers as necessary. - Continue to refine and develop reporting structure and format to create “global standard” measurements as required. - Perform “ad-hoc” data queries as may be required to assist team and leadership. - Communicate results of analysis and reporting in an effective manner through a variety of media including eMail, PowerPoint, Excel and Word documentation. - Determine key actions as result of the analysis and work to Determine action owner and progress reporting - Preparing & Publishing Monthly Procurement Dashboards/scorecard/metrics - Root Cause analysis for any variance in metrics - Support AOP planning / forecasting - Support transitioning activities through analysis of spend and individual Monthly sessions with HGR leaders and Commodity managers. - Discover new opportunities to optimize the business through analytics - Develop business result focused opportunity reports through Procurement data. - Review spend trends and analytics for Suppliers/Commodities/spend analytics for Product line to Determine opportunities. - Train and implement tools/templates/Dashboards to align cross functional Support - Align and initiate new efforts for preferred initiatives directives - Translate Sourcing requirements into digital reporting and analytics solutions that can be generated in a repeatable in a reliable manner - Align strategy for reporting opportunities through the Procurement analyst team to develop a global strategy. - Translate business needs into automated reporting options in Excel, sharepoint or Dashboards

Support below activities 1. Data management for multiple projects such as Mexico Localization, COPQ, Quick Savings, No Source: – Prepare data (based on project requirements) in Excel / Access – Receive PTL input to data – Analyze and rolling up data and determine opportunities and actions to improve performance - Prepare data summaries and reports based on findings 2.Adhoc Sourcing project management activities 3.SPOC for regional analysis working with the Execution Team 4.Identify, through analysis, areas for improvements or risks. 5.Root Cause Analysis for any variance in Metrics 6. Take lead and ownership of the project, taking decisions when project requires. 7.Ensure Supply continuity for the different locations and facilities during projects. 8. Create and lead financial analysis to define risk levels.

5 years of experience into project management

Graduate degree.

EMS is experience is desired.
