Customer Service Rep-Level 1Handling the Order management requirements

Provide Price Quotation to the customers

Booking Orders in SAP

Order Follow up and status

Calling (outbound) the customers and follow up

Technical Publication Access Request

Generating Report from SAP

Generating Invoices from SAP and Send to the customers

Updating and Maintaining internal reports

Maintaining Quality and follow the Process CTQs

Calling the Customers for getting the required info

Follow up on the pending requests and aged requests

Follow the Compliance policy

University Graduate with 1-2 years experience in Order management.

The candidate should be Web savvy; should have strong PC & associated software skills viz. MS Excel, MS Access, MS Office.

Willingness to work in night shifts is mandatory.

Prior experience of working in SAP & SFDC is preferable.
