- Generate the sales revenue as much as possible to exceed the AOP target

- Approach the channels/partners and the customers proactively

- Develop new channels/partners and manage them with KPI and pipeline (if needed, support partners to

develop new customers)

- Provide the good service to channels/partners, delivery/technical Q&A/technical support/training/quality

support so on

- Report the status and/or key information to manager when needed

- Analyze the competitors, products and channels/partners
