Are you curious about what this vacancy implies? In this role, you will:

Create, maintain, release, change and confirm production orders

Actively monitor all parts required for production orders, review problems items and

initiate required corrective communication and action

Be responsible for pull in and push outs, linked to production orders.

Issue pick slips for production orders, materials availability check and shortages report

Pro-actively respond to Order Management queries on orders status, changes, prioritization, co- coordinating with the appropriate planner/buyer as required

Support analysis of daily, weekly and monthly reviews, past dues,

inventory, safety stock and all planning parameters, etc.

Support Product Master Schedulers on data analyses and co-ordinate with them in case of

significant deviations in demand

Then you should have:

Experience in working with high (volumes) – the team is managing 6000

part numbers out of which 2500 are active - this role will be co-ordinating the

supply and availability of the required part numbers

Strong and proven understanding of the end to end supply chain process
Experience in production scheduling- production orders creation,

maintenance, etc.

Proven expertise in materials planning
Strong excel skills and ability to manipulate/analyse data
SAP knowledge would be an advantage
Knowledge and understanding in Lean operational system Strong English communication skills to be able to interact with a multicultural team
Russian knowledge would represent a plus
Willing to learn, develop and improve
