§ Financial leadership for the Turbo manufacturing site in Shanghai with
1.2MUnit & $200M total revenue facility. Lead plant financial planning and
analysis to provide value added input to plant and business leadership.
§ Partner with the plant managers, ISC Global Finance and other functional
managers, drive actions to achieve planned plant cost productivity and indirect
§ Lead and coordinate operations planning and financial budgeting and
reporting at the China business level during AOP, STRAP and forecasting cycles.
Improve financial forecast quality, and enhance information provided to
leadership for business decisions.
§ Control capital spending requirements through both planning and
§ Business New bidding financial modeling/analyzing/reporting for overall
TS China business
§ Lead other special project analysis e.g. supporting business case
analysis for business growth projects in different scenarios as needed.
20 Lead and coordinate operations planning

20 Lead other special project analysis
§ 4+ years of finance related experiences. Factory
finance and FP&A related experience is preferred.
§ College degree above in finance or accounting.
Accountancy Qualification is preferred.
§ Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication
and influencing skills.
§ Strong business partnering and teamwork mindset.
§ Ability to drive and execute major change
§ Ability to work under pressure with dedication
and manage things with priority
§ SAP and Hyperion Enterprise experience preferred
