Contract Manager, Shanghai, L&C, Aero
analysis, drafting and negotiation of commercial sales contracts primarily for
the sale of aftermarket services and supplies.
Customers are mostly commercial airlines and third-party
repair and overhaul operations located in Asia Pacific.
Responsible for preparing and negotiating agreements
utilizing template contractual documents.
Contract types and duties include:
Sales contractsSoftware licensesProprietary Information Exchange AgreementsReviewing proposed other party contract terms
and conditionsReviewing RFP's and similar documents Developing alternate language and negotiating
acceptable termsParticipating in contract review and approval
processes (green sheet)Working closely with sales, pricing, and
operations personnelEnsuring that contract commitments are
consistent with company policies and approved levels of financial risk and
exposure Interfacing with legal department as necessaryProviding support for business activities
through contract interpretation and assistance with dispute resolutionCommunicating and working with internal and
external customers to resolve issuesAdvising and training business personnel as
requiredParticipating in development and implementation
of robust contract processes and compliance activities of the contracting
function, including use of contract management tool (I-Many), contract
flow-down, maintenance of contract files, and procedures for contract renewal
and extension. Bachelor's degree in business or related field with three to
five years experience. Masters or Law degree preferred.Experience with MS Office products.

This position will be located in Shanghai,
PRC at our Aerospace facility. Only qualified candidates local to the area will
be considered; relocation is not available.
Strong contract development, drafting and negotiation experience. Must be able
to express complex business concepts in concise and clear contract language in
English. Must be able to coordinate well with affected business

regulations, intellectual property rights and Incoterms
