Honeywell HRS Supplier Payment Analyst in San Luis Potosi, Mexico
HRS Supplier Payment AnalystHR Services (HRS) Global Supplier Management is focused on enhancing supplier partnerships to drive improved service quality, greater efficiencies, risk mitigation and identify opportunities to leverage global scale. Aligned with Procurement, the HR Centers of Excellence and the HRS global delivery strategy, our objective is to develop and leverage common processes across all Honeywell regions included in our Global Supplier Governance Model and to further define our supplier rationalization strategy thus improving focus on our key suppliers.
The HRS Supplier Payment Analyst is part of a team that manages the Purchase Order Requisition and Invoice processes for specific HR teams and Suppliers globally. This role is responsible for managing Purchase Order and Payment escalations up through the highest level across HR. The Supplier Payment Analyst will work with the Sr. Supplier Payment Analyst, HR Finance and Supplier Management to initiate both annual AOP and Budget Purchase Orders within the HR Organization. This role will be a point person with various Corporate Accounts Payable and Finance teams to ensure strong linkage required to properly process invoices presented by Suppliers. This role will be the escalation point for Suppliers for inquiries for issues associated with requisitions and invoicing. The position will also be responsible for maintaining PO spend information and advising focal points should funds become limited or other issues surface. This role will also provide analysis to HR Finance leaders and audit quarterly spend for key AOP Purchase Orders; maintains detailed inventories of invoice receipts and balances. Maintain budget spreadsheets to ensure POs are on budget and in the event notify budget owner if funds become low. This role is responsible for fully understanding the Honeywell tools required to create and process purchases orders and invoices (EBP, SAP, etc.). This role will leverage technical and financial knowledge to facilitate efforts to continuously improve administrative processes through technologies, process re-engineering and administrative standardization in consultation with HRS Supplier Management Team and other required stakeholders.
In additional to PO and Invoice Processing this role also supports several supplier management processes such as supplier scorecards.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements
Key Attributes and Skills:
•Deep knowledge of EBP system. Knowledge of SAP is also desirable.
•Understanding of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and macros
•Proven ability to focus on details, strong organizational and follow up skills
•Understand when to escalate critical issues, using clear and concise verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
•Capable of setting priorities (in terms of strategic and long-term impacts) and being flexible in a rapidly changing environment

•Strong leadership impact to influence and coordinate various internal and external stakeholders to achieve Right and Fast results
•Previous Honeywell Purchase Order experience preferred, i.e. EBP knowledge
•High level of proficiency of Microsoft Office products, specifically proficient in Excel and strong understanding of SharePoint Management
•SAP and EBP strongly recommended
•Primary degree would be an advantage
•3-5 years’ experience in Finance preferred
•Excellent verbal and writing ability (English); Fluent in English - Strong ability to influence, and able to present complex concepts in a clear and simple manner.
