What are we looking for?

Due to an exciting growth period within ADI, we are now looking for a motivated, and talented individual to join our team in Rochdale as an Inventory Supervisor. We are looking for someone who is passionate about people, and ongoing development.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Accountable for stock integrity, stock re-profiling, min/max, bin locations, SKU activity profile, optimising stock presentation to support outbound KPI objectives

• Point person for day to day inventory issues

• Point person for annual stock take process

• Manages cycle counts for area of concentration: generates cycle count list, does daily cycle counting, and cycle count corrections

• Root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies, look for solutions to recurring problems

• Report back to production inventory transaction errors and return to stock issues

• Track and maintain inventory accuracy in all warehouses

• Regular status reports related to inventory

• Update and maintain weekly tracking metrics

• Account for all production batch tickets, check for variances/errors, and file

• Respond to count requests from various departments promptly depending on priority

• Process discontinued materials

• Ensure accuracy of transactions

• Point person for day to day inventory issues

• Point person for annual stock take process

What skills and requirements do you need?

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Microsoft Excel

• SAP (an advantage)

• Previous experience managing a team

• Attention to detail / numerate/ strong focus on data integrity (evaluation data prior to creation)

• Exceptional communication skills

• Previous experience working with inventory would be highly advantageous

• The ability and skills to motivate others
