Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of production equipment including but not limited to: • Electronics Assembly • Robotic • High Vacuum • Chemical Wet Processing • Hydraulic/Pneumatic

Performance Expectations • Respond to all work orders in a timely and efficient manner • Maintain equipment and work area in a clean, safe and orderly manner • Troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of equipment • Must understand and follow proper safety procedures and wear proper PPE • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to team with employees and supervision in various departments • At times, may be required to work with and coordinate activities with outside external resources • Perform preventive maintenance and maintain workmanship standards in order to maintain efficiency or accuracy of machine tools. • Utilize and understand National Electrical Code, standards for machine repair, Underwriters Laboratories specifications, Instrumentation Society of America (ISA) standards, OSHA, State and municipal requirements • Must be self motivated and able to manage conflicting priority with little to no guidance. • Diversified work to tear down, rebuild and adjust any type of machine regardless of make or model. • Ability to work in a Clean room environment • Ability to work off hours and weekends as required • Ability to lift at or below 35 lbs. without significant repetitions • Work in environment with moderate exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks.

You Must Have:

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 5 years related experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment in a manufacturing environment

  • Must be a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident due to contractual requirements. We Value:

  • Requires a thorough knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

  • Fundamental knowledge of hydraulic, chemical, electro- pneumatic, high vacuum, and mechanical systems

  • Practical working knowledge of technical mathematics; function and use of all types of electronic, chemical, and electro- pneumatic test equipment, meters, instruments and basic hand tools

  • Clean room experience preferred

  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite
