The Site Materials Management Execution Leader is responsible for driving site planning and materials management execution activities, including production scheduling, materials movement (stockroom) & logistics (shipping, receiving, traffic, import/export) within their site. This includes ensuring the supply chain is aligned to support the execution of the production plan, in addition to coordinating with the central planning organization and central sourcing organization. Organization is estimated at less $100M revenue, with inventory ranging from $8M to $15M, with direct/indirect reports including Materials Supervisor, Planners, SIOP & Inventory Leader, Rotational Supply Chain Program, Global Planners, Material Master, and Logistics & Distribution. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership and structure to Site Materials Management Execution teams (Planning, SIOP, Material Master, Logistics & Distribution) by developing and executing a Management Operating System that drives standard work and processes within MM internal, operations, and engineering functions as well as with central planning and central buying organizations • Development and ongoing refinement of management operating systems and MOR's • Lead tiered accountability process that ensures proper prioritization, allocation and communication of hardware availability to support OEM, AMS, Direct Spares, and R&O requirement • Development and implementation of planner desk level metrics • Implementation of MM HOS FSD. Drive E2E team initiatives within site MM functions including but not limited to 3PL, VMI, In Plant Stores, Supplier milk runs, etc. • Talent development through MRR/P&D process • Execute production schedule and delivery of OEM and Aftermarket products to optimize customer OTTR, OTD, Past Due, MPS Starts and Finishes, AMS Gate 2 op. sys. and metrics, Linearity, and other performance goals • Support revenue and inventory planning activities, root cause investigations, and participate in tiered accountability process, and interface with global planning teams to ensure closed loop feedback • Execute OEM and Aftermarket plan for end unit sales, spares sales • Efficiently support Production Returns and Quality Issues • Management of stockroom and shop floor inventory management processes - inventory record accuracy, physical inventories, and cycle counting process • Management of material handling process between manufacturing areas and the stockroom • Coordinate Kanban/Pull/POU implementation • Management of all receiving, shipping, import/export, and traffic processes • Manage factory capacity modeling for feedback to the global planning teams • Lead Sales Forecasting and Outlook • Manage Delivery Metrics, Past Due Reporting, and execution • Serve as resource for preparation of Customer Presentations including Operating Reviews, Production Readiness Reviews, System Audits, and other requirements • Manages site-based procurement issues (receiving discrepancy issues, emergency buys to support production line-down, Return to Vendor activities) • Utilize tools to analyze POU and WIP and align for optimal service level performance with minimal inventory in global network • Utilize tools to drive RCCA activities around factory MPS Starts, OTTP, etc. • Drive consolidated reporting initiatives across Honeywell Sites and the Customer base • Supply inputs for and support SIOP activities at the Site and Product Center Level • Provide strategy, drive decisions and accountability through the SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) process • Drive Operational Excellence through development and implementation of improvements in production control processes, including ongoing improvements in Class A MRPII, Planning Performance and Integration

YOU MUST HAVE

• Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Business or technical field • 5 years of experience in the areas of transportation or logistics management, demand management, supply management, manufacturing planning, supply chain planning and execution utilizing lean/six sigma concepts • 3 years leadership experience including management of direct reports
