Honeywell Sr Materials Analyst - Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP Leader) in Redmond, Washington
This SIOP & Inventory Leader will be responsible for leading Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) execution for the Redmond Integrated Supply Chain organization. The SIOP process a set of decision-making processes to balance demand and supply, to integrate financial planning and operational planning, and to link high-level strategic plans with day-to-day operations. The overall objective is to gradually accomplish the AOP targets - by linking monthly sales and marketing planning directly to the operations side of a business This role will lead the SIOP management reviews, it will work closely with other key functions, including Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Materials, Engineering, Marketing and Sales to ensure that the appropriate data is available and accurate to be reviewed at the SIOP process meetings. It will guide the final decision making on open items and trade-offs, and prepare escalations for executive review where appropriate.
This role is also responsible for driving inventory projects and best practices across the site. Enable OTTR (On Time to Request) and Inventory performance through SIOP and Inventory Management projects.
Manage the SIOP process and integrate data into the AEOC SIOP rollup.
Execute standard SIOP and Inventory Management processes across the organization.
Partner with Leaders to mature SIOP processes within the organization.
Identify root cause for Inventory performance issues. Present site Inventory profile and entitlements to leadership.
Incorporate best practices into Materials Execution Inventory relief model. Predict Inventory performance for the Materials Execution organization.
Flow down SIOP and Inventory standard work to the site.
Responsible for performance to key measurement indices: SIOP metrics compliance, Inventory goals, On-Time-to-Request (OTTR), and Master Production Schedule (MPS) compliance
Maintain SIOP scorecard and metrics across the organization and into the AERO (Aerospace Business) roll up.
Partner with MPE (Materials Planning and Execution) SIOP team to execute critical changes in Processes and systems.
Partner with the Global Planning SIOP teams to ensure site capacity and throughput constants are understood and integrated into the MPS process
Drive the supply / demand alignment process between global planning and site execution, ensuring the factory capacity will support the MPS and driving gap closure activities as appropriate.
We Must Have:
Bachelors in Business, Supply Chain, Technical or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience with demonstrated success in a number of roles across the supply chain
Due to export restrictions this position requires United States Citizenship or United States Lawful Permanent Resident status We Value:

Six Sigma Greenbelt, Lean Expert or Black Belt Certification
Solid understanding of SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP, MPS, and Procurement.
A high level of experience and proficiency in the Excel.
Able to analyze data and synthesize and develop strategic recommendations.
Ability to influence up, down, and across the site and Materials Management organization.
Able to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy of work is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of supply chain concepts and their financial impact
Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing people, production and supply issues.
