RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide technical leadership to ensure improvements or achievement of AOP in the following: On-Time Delivery, PPM Escapes, Cycle-time Reduction, First Pass Yield, Inventory Reduction, COPQ and Safety * Supervise a group of engineers and technicians on tasks such as goal accomplishment, project planning and execution, and coaching on site initiatives * Conduct midyear and year end reviews for direct reports * Develop and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships * Drive product/process improvements * Manage and improve product yields * Maintain product cost models and product quality * Lead Failure Analysis teams to root cause and corrective action * Assist and/or lead in the planning of complex, high-reliability semiconductor programs * ISC representative in IPDS (Integrated Product Delivery System) supporting VPD (Velocity Product Development) to ensuring robust products enter production * Coordinate activities as new products transition through the product life cycles of development, validation, and finally production * Lead key product maturity tool use such as MRL assessments, VRR/MRR, and life cycle phase gatereviews

YOU MUST HAVE * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science, Manufacturing Engineering or other similar engineering degree * 8 years of directly related experience Product Engineering, Design Engineering, or Test Engineering experience in high-production or equivalent * Six Sigma Green Belt certification * 2 years leadership experience (team, project, program) * Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements WE VALUE * Lean Skills * Strong problem solving and analytical skills * Utilizes statistical analysis to drive decisions * PC skills should include working knowledge of Word, Excel and Access * Interfaces effectively with other engineering disciplines * Experienced in technical writing.
