Key Account Manager

Business development:

·Responsible for the business development and achievement of sales & margin targets through HBS.

·Responsible to act as the key interface between the HBS and all Regional NAC team to grow & sustain business across India.

·Expanding the relationships with HBS by continuously proposing solutions & multi category – multi brand offering to grow revenue.

·Ability to generate & execute large value business opportunities.

·Ensure quick communication between HBS and ADI internal teams…. PMM, SCM and Technical etc. for fast response & best experience with ADI.

·Resolve any issues and problems faced by HBS and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

Reporting & Systems

·Reports to Head National Account

·Ensure weekly funnel updates/ additions & work closely with HBS buyers to update the opportunities spreadsheet.

Collections

·Ensure timely collection of all outstanding receivables. Help in resolving all outstanding reconciliation issues on a periodic basis

Training & Support

·Ensure necessary technical training & BOQ support to HBS design & sales team.

·Align technical support to resolve issues related after-sales-support / warranty etc.

Market Intelligence and Analysis

·Continuously monitor developments in the market & competition activities, and ensure timely communication to NSM, PMM & NAC Head.

7-8 years in a multi-product technology industry in Sales

Preferred from “Security & Fire – low voltage” industry.

·Previous experience in Account Management and display an attitude that is key to success.

·Strong account management and relationship building skills.

·Highly self-motivated

·Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
