Job

purpose The Renewals Specialist owns the daily Contract Renewal Operations for the

effective renewals of the LSS Service Agreements. The main objectives are:

Lead the LSS

Contract renewal process to ensure on time renewals, which directly drives in

reduction of hold file and optimizing the cash flow position for service

agreements.Drives

effective on-time renewal of the LSS Service Agreements, through securing full

compliance towards defined global renewal process.

Primary

responsibilities:

Shows

pro-active attitude in securing required inputs towards the renewal cycle are

delivered on-time from all involved stakeholders. Escalates towards the Renewal

Specialist COE Leader in case renewal process is stalled and is waiting on

input from stakeholders.Establish and

maintain long-term trust relationship for assigned accounts with all internal

stakeholders of the contract renewal process, particular (but not limited to)

the LSS Contract Manager and the CSS Contract Admin, to effectively execute the

renewal cycle. Checks the initial kick-off activities of

the renewal cycle executed by the CSS Contract Admin. In case anomalies are

detected. Provides feedback information towards the CSS Contract Admin for

required corrections.Prepares the initial scope of the active

service agreement planned review with the Contract Manager. This includes

update with initial scope of agreement booking package and related price

builders. Translates

updates on scope feedback from Contract Manager into final scope, and

updates final scope in agreement booking package and related price builders. Executes

estimation for contract renewal, including 3th party content of

service agreement (other LOB content or external Honeywell content).Reviews

generated pricing with Contract Manager.Drives

formal internal financial approval process of pricing. In case eGAP is

required, initiates and plans eGAP cycle. In case eGAP is not required secures

written approval of pricing is covered within the organization.Prepares

proposal document(s) (generated from template) and hands over proposal

documents towards the Contract Manager for negotiation phase with customer. Drives

required updates of the proposal documents, in case updates are required. After

reception of PO, prepares the contract renewal handover package and assigns a

formal booking request of the service agreement towards the CSS Contract

Admin. Drives

required updates of the contract renewal handover package, in case updates are

required.Detects

and Indicates possible improvement areas within the defined renewal

Honeywell’s Pune office location.Typically

assigned to a particular pole, handling # agreements within pole. Working

hours related towards ‘opening hours’ within particular pole.Travel

not required for primary task, on exception base for secondary tasks (e.g.

Education

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or

Equivalent 2. Work Experience Required5+ years of industry experience.2+ years minimal of relevant experience

in Pre-Sales , Sales Support and Service Contract Renewals 3. Additional SkillsStrong Aptitude SkillsITIL & Six Sigma Training or

Certification Basic knowledge of pricing of a service

agreements.Excellent working knowledge of MS Word,

Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
