Honeywell M&A Benefit Integration Sp in Prague, Czech Republic

Provide Right & Fast M&A Integration support across all SBGs within EMEA region • Gather & Review Data - obtained during DD, identify additional data needed and work with integration leader and C&B leader to obtain additional data from the target • Conduct side by side benefits comparison analysis for each country and determine the cost impact to the business and the value/cost impact to the employees • Develop Benefit Harmonization Recommendations at country and individual level • Develop Employee Communication Templates • Provide governance with stringent project management and integrity to global benefit strategies • Team well with C&B Integration Leader, Benefit Leads, Country & Business HR stakeholders & Suppliers • Provide Due Diligence support to Corporate HR M&A team as requested • Support any other benefit projects as required

Basic Qualifications • Bachelors Degree (HR/Business) • Minimum of 4 years of Benefits or M&A Integration experience (insured medical, insured risk, defined benefit or defined contribution pension, merger integration from an HR/C&B standpoint) • Strong Project Management Skills Additional Qualifications • Compensation Experience (Total Rewards, Incentive Plans, Car Programs) • Analytical thinker who also possesses strong attention to detail • Ability to manage large workload, quickly understand priorities and be very responsive to customer needs • Ability to drive results, to meet aggressive timeline deliverables • Ability to build strong partnerships with Global C&B team, Regional HR, Business and Sales leaders • Proven strong data analytic skills
